Technical & Experienced Application Engineers Working Side by Side with our Sales Staff to review Current Processes as well as Time Study Programs Being Quoted- Demo Machines Available in Chicago & Wisconsin Facilities to Test / Demo Programs

- The MCC Office is Available for Customer Demonstrations & Discussions – Citizen is the #1 Swiss Machine in the World with the Most Capabilities of any CNC Control on the Market.
- Citizen is a "Single Source" provider for Machine, Barfeeder, High Pressure System, Mist Collection System and Accessories – Part Conveyor, Chip Conveyor, Long Workpiece
- Attachments, Parts Carousels, Tool Holders, Adjustable Guide Bushings, etc.
After The Sale A Pre-Installation Meeting With Our Application Engineer is Focused On:
- Review of Our Customer’s First Job
- Provide a Tooling List which includes Collets & Guide Bushings from Recommend Vendors
- Answer Questions Related to Oil, Air, Electrical Requirements, Riggers, Machine Prep, etc.
- Provide Inside Staff Trained to Coordinate the Delivery of Machine & All Accessories
Upon Customer Receipt of the New Machine:
Our Service Manager Coordinates with the Customer Rigging for Proper Delivery & Installation- Upon Machine, and All Accessory Installation Our Application Engineer will Assist Set-up & Test of Customers Job and Provide Operator, Maintenance & Programming Training
- During the Installation, and again during the Training, our Sales Engineer will meet with Management & Operators to Insure All Criteria Has Been Met
- Phone Support is Available To All Programmers & Operators with our Application Engineers
- Scheduled Follow-up Visit by our Application Engineer 1-2 weeks after Final Acceptance
- Additional Training is Available in New Jersey, Chicago or On-Site
- Free Lifetime Training Available at MCC Locations as Scheduled
